We accept refunds or exchanges only if the product is damaged or not opened. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. The cost of delivery for returned or exchanged products is the responsibility of the customer.

If your refund or exchange is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that we only accept returns if the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened.
